This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our digital products and subscription services.
1. Digital Services & Subscriptions
Wild Dubai offers digital listing services, premium memberships, and property promotion plans.
Since these are digital and immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are considered final once payment is confirmed.
However, exceptions may apply in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made in error.
- Technical issues that prevent access to a paid service (verified by our team).
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions confirmed by our payment processor.
In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued after review.
2. Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
- Provide your payment proof (screenshot or transaction ID).
- Explain the reason for your refund request clearly.

For direct payments made via bank transfer or manual transactions, users must send a screenshot or payment slip to

5. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription anytime from your Wild Dubai account dashboard.
Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not refund the current active period.
