These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of wilddubai.com (the "Platform"), operated by WildDubai ("WildDubai", "we", "us"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

About WildDubai

WildDubai is a marketplace that connects buyers and renters with real-estate agents and brokerages operating in the UAE. We are not a party to, and do not broker, any transaction between a user and an agent, brokerage, or developer.

Listing verification

Where a listing shows a Trakheesi status, this reflects a check against Dubai's Trakheesi permit registry at the time of verification, confirming the listing is permitted to be marketed. It is not a guarantee of the listing's condition, price, availability, or of the outcome of any transaction — you should independently verify any listing before proceeding.

Accounts

Agents, agencies, and administrators must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under their account and for keeping their credentials secure.

Listing content

Agents and brokerages are solely responsible for the accuracy of the listings, descriptions, and prices they publish on the Platform. WildDubai may remove any listing that appears inaccurate, unverified, or in breach of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish Platform content without permission.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading listings or enquiries.
• Use the contact or lead forms for unsolicited marketing.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation.

Tools and estimates

Figures produced by the mortgage calculator and any market or price-history data are estimates for general guidance only, not financial advice, and should not be relied on for a transaction decision.

Intellectual property

The Platform's design, branding, and software are owned by WildDubai or its licensors. Listing content remains the property of the agent, brokerage, or developer who submitted it.

Third-party links

The Platform links to and embeds third-party services, including OpenStreetMap-based maps and WhatsApp, which are governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WildDubai is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on listing content, tools, or estimates it provides.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
